One reader picks
The baton moves around the club, so every season gets a different route through the shelves.
A note from the club
About she club on my book til I Ed
A reading club with a scorecard, a calendar, and very strong feelings.
The short version
We read it. We argue about it. We keep the receipts.
she club on my book til I Ed is a reading club. For us, the best part of a book is finding out what everyone else made of it.
We take turns choosing the next book, then meet to compare notes and defend our favourites.
Every pick gets a place in the archive: the book, the chooser, the verdict and the ratings.
How the club works
Everyone brings a verdict
Favourites are defended, disappointments are documented, and no one is allowed to say “it was fine” without elaborating.
The archive remembers
Books, ratings, dates and disagreements stay here, ready for the next argument and the next unlikely winner.
Earlier chapter
our past
Before this archive, there was Book Club Ed — an earlier chapter of the club that ran from August 2023 through June 2025. Its books, overall ratings and book club thoughts now live together on the archive page.
